For the purposes of this Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company include https://precisionleadsystems.io/. The Company website is a professional service request and contractor matching platform that connects homeowners with local, vetted contractors for home improvement and residential maintenance services based on user-submitted inquiries. By using the Company website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

I. Collection of Your Personal Information

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, the Company may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

- First and last name

- Mailing address

- Email address

- Phone number

If you purchase the Company's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. 

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. The Company does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to transfer all collected data, including personal information, to a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or sale of all or substantially all of the Company’s assets. 

The Company does not send SMS or other communications on behalf of third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. All communications are directly related to a specific service request initiated by the user. User information is only shared when necessary with contractors strictly for the purpose of fulfilling the user’s specific service request. Contractors are only permitted to use this information to contact the user regarding the specific service request submitted. Contractors are not permitted to use this information for unrelated marketing, promotional outreach, or ongoing communications beyond the scope of that request. Notwithstanding any other provision in this policy, this excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

The Company does not sell biometric data to third parties.

The Company may share information with trusted service providers solely to support internal operations such as data processing, customer support, or system functionality. These providers do not have permission to contact users directly for marketing or promotional purposes. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to the Company, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

This excludes sharing information with service providers specifically contracted to facilitate the delivery of SMS messages on our behalf. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
